Anyone used Telkomsel Tourist Card?

I'm looking for a prepaid sim that gives a reasonable data plan along with phone calls and sms.

I cam across the Tourist Card sim on Telkomsel site that sounds pretty good. Comes with 5,000 Rp credit plus 50 mins free international calls, some sms plus 2 Gb data.

Has anyones used this sim card?
What is the up front cost for the sim?
