Have a better look at the site your link refers to it gives a picture of the card I bought which clearly says simpati. Even gives the 5000 free marked on the box etc the same package I bought. same on the package I have in front of me.
Wikapedia gives the rundown on Temkosel etc etc Govt owned telcom which has leasaed the services.
There is an old saying NOTHING IN LIFE IS FREE. cheap calls, a sim card, 2gb data for $5.50 - Smell a rat. Always extra's and always a catch.
Borrow a card for the time you are over there. just charge it up when you arrive. I did ask when were you going so you could borrow mine but you did not reply??
