What do you put up with in Bali

Was having breakfast last week (at my hotel in Bali). Went to put sugar in my tea and there were ants in the bowl. Never mind just brushed them aside.

Last year at hotel they had honey pots on the table and bees were trying to get in. One did so was crawling around inside. One pot had a dead bee (drowned in his own makings LOL).

At a warung last week the waitress was filling up the cutlery holders on the table by holding the spoons by the scoop and putting them in (reminder to me to wipe cutlery before I eat).

Obviously I'm not at the upmarket places here but I have seen things at even those places.

I just shrug and say "it's Bali".
