Because we are Australian..... we all share the cost of "self inflicted" bad choices....drugs, alcohol, teenage pregnancy,bad drivers, unemployment( I am talking about the ones who make it a career!)
I guess we are just plain lucky.....at least "us" people who make bad choices can get the help and support of others who make "good" choices ! :)
