Having spent 3 weeks in there recently I found the nursing care excellent. Many of the nursing staff are trainees (& as such are not paid). So the nurse/patient ratio is good. The Drs, xray staff orthopaedic surgeon etc are not really up to an acceptable standard. Don't have an operation in Bali if you have a choice. My pelvis was broken but not picked up on despite 2 xrays in BIMC.
