teaching hospitals where they are strictly supervised by highly trained teaching staff and have already had a high level of training. I don't think that is going to be the case in a Balinese hospital. Also, considering the price charged by the BIMC, I would expect to have the fully trained, experienced and qualified medical professionals working on me, not the unpaid trainees. And yes, having the medical students as extra to your FTE would be another point of extreme difference.
