Do kids brains not know right from wrong?
My 14 year old knows drugs are ilegal here and there...
Does he know the penalties..yes both by way of others and at 14 can read the signs at the airport about drugs....

Why do we continue to supply money and resources to for the stupid.
The boy shares the blame with his parents clearly....they should pay the costs not the tax payer - surely our foreign minister has better things to do to serve the whole country and not one child that thought he was being "cool"
