Agreed it is unfortunate...but when i screwed up i didnt by drugs in a forign country that has heavily advertised heavy penalties...

If hes not strong enough to say no to drugs from a stranger then he shouldnt be out on his own...clearly...

I can not honestly believe why this is being justified as ok and warranting expensive consular and political help...
