My 22yo son, who was due to fly to Bali out of Brisbane at 10.30 this morning rang me in a panic last night as he's lost his passport.
After tearing his whole unit apart he's confirmed that it's missing.
I spoke to him this morning and he's understandably gutted.
He dropped his girlfriend off at the airport as she HAD to go for a big family celebration and he is now back home contemplating his fate and what went wrong. This is obviously a terrible way to learn a lesson about organisational skills and I'm sure a lot of people reading this will be feeling for him, as I am.
Has anyone gone through a similar situation that can give any advice as to fast-tracking another passport pronto and maybe getting him on a flight later in the week?
All serious replies appreciated.
