It's not impossible to bring your dog/cat to Indonesia. The problem is to bring it to Bali. There has been numerous discussions on another forum, Balipod, on this issue. Due to the rabies outbrake in Bali it's almost impossible but not 100% impossible. I recommend that you join said forum and search the archives.
