Yes, I also think that bringing in dogs/cats to Bali is not a smart thing to do. So many animals here that can be adopted. If people can't find a nice person/family to take care of their animals at home it's better to stay put for some yrs. My earlier post was simply a statement on the possibility of bringing dogs/cats to Bali.
There is an outbreak of rabies on Flores now as well as on Bali.
