travel agent question

Bingtang Boy - I am from Adelaide too. Do you mean that rather than sending your passport and application to Canberra you can use a travel agent who will organise the Visa on your behalf and you pay a $45 fee to the travel agent & the $60 Visa fee to the embassy in Canberra?
