They should have posted it back to you. Was you express post enveloped a platinum one ( I think that is the one they told me to use ) that they actually have a tracking number on it. If it wasn't this one maybe that is why they are not sending. I am from Adelaide and I was going to do it myself but when they say if it is not right then I would have to re send it all again. I decided I didn't want to take the risk so I did it through the travel agent. But they charge you an arm and a leg. $45 each. But at least if it is wrong they are responsible because they are supposed to check it all before it goes !!!
