Yes we have only booked our flights through the travel agent and our stay at the safari park for 2 night we neg with the hotel that we have stayed at and are paying them direct. I was going to do the visa myself but if you make a mistake you loose your money and then have to re-apply didn't want to take the risk. Yes they charge $45 ea. I hope to have ours back late next week or early the following week. Hope this helps you out. We are going with Escape Travel but all of travel agents do it.
