so many choices! and it all depends of your budget. How old are your kids? If they are teenagers you could probably get a couple of rooms at a 3*hotel but if they are only young you would need a family room, or perhaps a villa might be the way to go. you will need to pick an area first. Kuta/legian are great for teenagers. If you have little ones maybe Tuban or even some time over in Sanur where it is quieter. You just have so many options!
