Use trip advisor you will get lots of feedback from there, regarding hard rock unless u allow your self 200 bucks a day to stay in this over rated american hotel, I was there in may 2011 very disappointing guest everywhere in the lobby! I couldn't even take drinks or nibblies dwn to the pool for my child, u have to buy ever thing from bar areas in the pool! Bintang 30,000 ++++ rup soft drinks 15,000+++! breakfast your lined up like cattle class to be told where to sit! Give me smaller. Hotels anyway where they no my name and not just a number! Goodluck with your decision!
