Haven't seen those particular apartments sorry. The presidential suite is nice but a lot more expensive than jayakarta apartments.
Guess it depends on your budget. Personally I would go private apartments and have lots of extra spending money... The walk to the pool is no biggie and you are only a minute from the street for shopping etc
