Hi folks. I am considering booking a stay at this hotel for next year. I thought we'd go for the family room (I'm assuming we'll win Tatts within the next few months!) I've never been to this hotel, so just wanting some input from people who know the place.
The reason I'm thinking it could work is that I have a very social 5-year old daughter who would, I think, love the kids club and amazing pool. Our youngest child is severely disabled, so the 5 year-old doesn't have a sibling she can play with. By the way, does anyone know what disabled access like at the Hard Rock Hotel?
Anyway, normally we stay in Sanur and Seminyak, in small hotels. I am, quite frankly, an irritable person who hates listening to other people's music and things like people throwing balls in pools. As you can imagine, with a personality like mine I'm not really a fan of Kuta.
So, question is: is it possible to escape noise and action at the Hard Rock Hotel, or are you pretty much staying at Waterbom park?!!! (I've ruled out Dynasty because I just don't like it for some reason and Club Med Nusa Dua because we would have to pay a lot to bring our nanny in each day - we use the nanny to help with the disabled child.)
Thoughts?!
