We stayed at the HRH for the first time in Jan and really liked it and are booked again later this year. We previously stayed at the Dynasty a few times but I was put off by the really full on pool atmosphere, loud music, yobbo's etc..
Found the HRH to be great. The pool is so large with so many different areas that nobody else impacted on you. There may have been music at different times but I don't remember it being overpowering. Heaps of pool chairs and you always managed to find one somewhere.
The kids club was great. It is 250k ++ for the duration of your stay. This includes lunch if they are in there at that time and free drinks (in the kids club drink bottle they give you only). They had activities like cooking, art and craft, rock wall climbing (my unadventurous 5 yr old was happy to watch the other kids do it, or sleep on the sun lounger while they did!)
Access: I think you would find it pretty good. There are lifts throughout the resort and the areas where there are stairs I think you could get around. The main entrance to the pool is a couple of large flights of stairs down to it (very odd I thought!) but the kids club would bring the kids in through the spa where I don't think there is stairs. However, there is still maybe 2 or 3 stairs to negotiate to get to the very bottom. Might pay to email the hotel and get clarification on disabled access tho.
We were lucky to be upgraded to a newly refurb'd kids suite. It was huge and really nice - one of the best rooms I've stayed in ever. I don't think we'll be as lucky this time tho.
