WARNING- Robbed in Kuta

Just a warning to anyone here in the forum, we were walking outside Skygarden on Saturday night (near memorial) 8 of us waliking and my hubby was surrounded by 5 guys who stole his wallett. My husband is a big bloke who thought this couldnt happen to him, he grabbed one of them but in a matter of a few minutes they were all gone,as was his wallett. It put a dampener on our trip (day2) these guys are organised and they grab you by the front of yr shirt whilst another goes for your pocket, aussie bloke lifts hands up to defend himself and wallet was gone. We have gotten over it (day6) but we are more wary of crowds on the footpath now.Happy holiday :-)
