As a restaurant, why wouldn't you just take the corkage fee.
A restaurant runs the risk of you not coming in at all if they charge excessive corkage.
Surely, the name of the game in the fiercely competitive Balinese restaurant scene is 'bums on seats'.
Anyway, it looks like Rp1,000,000 may have been an error by the original poster.
