Taxi driver told us last month that "boss" gets 70% of takings and he gets other 30% BUT he also has to pay petrol. On a good day he may take Rp500,000, so boss gets Rp350,000, he's left with Rp150,000 but he might also use Rp100,000 of petrol, so he makes Rp50,000 - for the day!!
