have now read your attached doc [many thanks for the opportunity] and .....although maybe corect as a document it is not generally accepted here in Bali as I can attest to based upon both my own staff [which are payed above the standard of 1.200.000 ++]and that of many many restaurant and hotel owners I know ....we just would not be able to get away with that rate and if they do then that is sad .....but as per my previous ...... sometimes they lie for sympathy and tips or donations
