They could be lying .....very common to get sympathy and a much higher personal tipping or gifts ..or they are being severaly mistreated and underpaid, the minimum is 1.200.000 and also they must get % of service as charged , food allowance or provided plus % tipping....they are generally not so stupid as to get underpaid and more often than not know how to play the game .....do not always fall for that cute smile ....they know exactly what they are doing as there is no shortage of vacancies for them to apply for if they want higher pay with better conditions
