are very dangerous and nearly got bitten in kuta by a cobra 12 years ago, dont know how it go in the middle of suburbia. My balinese husband say he doesnt reckon they are dangerous the one u described, but i wouldnt want to get to close to it anyway, always good to let them go on there way.
