are planning to go into the villa rental business you need a clear vision of the nightly rate you intend to charge. This will be dictated by location, the size and plan of your villa, how many guests you can accommodate, size of pool, staff numbers etc and will be enhanced by furnishings and appointments. To get good rates it's essential to have adequate power - nobody wants the power to trip because someone turns on a blow dryer.
What you have in your kitchen should also reflect the nightly rate so you can't expect to get meaningful advice from the forum when you have given no information.
For example a villa in the range $500 per night or more should have a full oven, a gas bbq out the back, big fridge, water filter, fast electric jug, blender and other appliances such as panini press. Cutlery and crockery would be good quality, plenty of glassway and pots and pans.
