At gecko inn at ulluwatu. It is a villa with 6 bedrooms, open lounge and dining and small pool. The bedrooms range in size and all have en suite bathrooms and second and third floor privat verandahs. They have staff there during the day but don't lock any of the vacant rooms. The larger rooms are around $80 a night and the smaller $40 a night. The kitchen is fully setup with gas stove, a few fridges and most appliances.
Agree with the need to factor in the overhead costs including the licences and the cost of electricity. Electricity costs seem to be much higher than in Australia.
