There is nothing to be quick about, as the law is not in place and the regulation have not been written.

And yes, you will have a visa, so no VOA. You will have exactly the same visa that already exists - it is just that you will now be eligible to get that visa based on your marriage to an Indonesian citizen, where-as currently you are not.

Also, the dual citizenship time limit for children born prior the the new lays being enacted was always in place. It was not changed.
