needs to be ratified. Just saying when it is available to not drag ya feet if your thinking of doing it. Don't know the ins & out of it but my freind said they where stopped @ the last minute to get their son dual citizenship. Funny as both parents are Indonesian but son was born in Oz & they never got him Indo passport. Also I think a while back you could have got dual UK/OZ citizenship if ya parents where from UK but that has now changed, but if you did get it back then you can still hold UK passport & get it renewed when needed.
