If it does go through then there would be no VOA as you would have a
permanent residence permit and report to the Immigration Department once every five years (similar for Indonesians in Australia)

I'm assuming it would also be like PR here for Indonesians in that you can travel in & out of the country & work

Also read you had to be married for at least 2 years & applicable for married couples already living in Indonesia

Not sure what criteria they will put on married couples that are currently married and residing outside Indonesia but then want to return to Indonesia to live.
