'hold' the authorization but that you would prefer to pay in cash on departure or even half now/half later?? That way you can either give them AUD or IDR, whatever their preference is. I have done this a few times with hotel stays around the world, just be sure you see the 'authorization' destroyed or canceled. It's very common practice for accommodation to do this, just to ensure they will be paid for a full stay, hope this helps, cheers and good luck
