We have been given a rate last year for our stay this year and they actually quoted in Aust dollar instead of US. But I don't have to pay this until we get there which is great. But I would have love for them to have quoted in the US dollar as it would have bought our cost down. Stick to your guns and don't let them get away with it. I would pay them in cash and not let them touch my card. You will most probably be issued with a new one when you get home. Just to be on the safe side. This has been done to me twice now by the bank.
