I have just returned from ten nights at this hotel and can say that the staff were very friendly , never got asked for tips by room service and the room was impeccably clean. I also locked a suitcase and used the in room safe and nothing was ever moved or touched including a camera we forgot to lock away and we would occaionally leave small notes of change beside the bed and it was never taken. As for no staff around the pool the bar was always staffed from 11ish on and to walk up to it and order food or drinks was really not that big a drama. This was our first stay at this hotel and for the price we paid i really couldnt fault it.
