the cleaner that was doing the stealing wouldnt try it on every room he cleaned cos that would be obvious! As far as the pool bar being staffed all day ...yes it is but my point was that as most other places they dont have staff around the pool area at all and if you are up the other side a trip to the bar for a drink or feed is required and inconvenient. The staff are not as personable as most other hotels. The victim of the stealing was a young 18yr old boy who had never been to Bali and was asking the cleaner if he needed to pay for water in the room and the response was "I will supply your bottled water and you pay me" when in fact its free!! He was also being told how little money he makes and it is custom for the guests to give tips of 50,000 each day to the cleaner.He was an obvious target for a dishonest theiving mongrel. So again I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone again .
