Tailor for clothing

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a tailor to be able to copy from photos. I'm wanting to have around 10 tops made, possibly dresses and pants later.

Can anyone recommend a tailor who can speak english?

Not Cintya as I have already received a quote from her and it would be cheaper to buy the originals from Australia... shame as I heard she does good work.
