Qantas Club - strategic flight???

Hi all when my family and I flew to Bali on Xmas eve last year we were sitting in the qantas club lounge waiting to board when I over heard a family close by that where about to board saying they were on a strategic flight!
Does anyone know if you can use the lounge if flying with Strategic? as I'm flying with them in a couple of weeks and it would be gr8 to know if we could use the lounge before we fly. Thanks in advance for any info.
