Even though I haven't flown Garuda for some years I toally agree with Baldie in regard to "Service ". It's not only the air industry where this applies but the hospitality industry within Aus as a whole . A lot of the people in this industry should be made to do training course in the Asian countries on how to treat guests . I hate to say it but compared to the overall service , attitudes Australians in this industry are third world.
