Just flew home 4 days ago from Bali on Jetstar - Starclass.It simply doesn't compare in any way to Garuda Executive class. Seats were uncomfortable, couldn't sleep at all. They kept a movie playing on a couple of overhead Tv's all night, so bright light flashing.Flight attendants didn't smile and acted as if you were an inconvenience to them. To top it off, when we landed we all stood in the aisle for 20 minutes and couldn't disembark. The pilot announced that he hadn't lined up with the airbridge so we would have to be towed back to line up with it.So we all had to take our seats again and fasten seatbelts.Then after another 5 minutes he announced that we could exit through another door just behind starclass in front of economy.
Couldn't wait to get off this plane! Garuda for me next time.
