I really can not understand why you go over to Bali. Stay here in Australia. It is a cheap place. Things can go haywire. You pay budget prices for airfares and expect executive service.
It is obvious why the flight staff did not smile. Start enjoying life rather than complaining. There is a thing called Karma. Try being patient and nice to folk and watch your own life improve.
