In Ubud, Bali Buddah, Kue, maybe even Cafe Wayan or Casa Luna. Soma and Kafe all serve gluten free food.
It is not difficult Heather, she will know what she can and cannot eat and Ubud is great for health food/ gluten free alternatives including fresh breads and cakes.
