Itinerary Request

Hi!
We are coming to Bali for the first time on 25th March. We are a family with 2 kids and we will stay in a hotel in Nusa Dua/Tanjung Benoa. We have 8 days and we would like to feel the cultural heritage, natural beauty and do some snorkelling. Can you suggest an itinerary for a week? Also is it better to rent a car and discover the island myself or rent a car with driver?
