For the kids definately a trip to the Safari Park, depending on their ages the canyon tubing is a fun day and you get to see some great scenery.
Dinner at sunset on the beach at La Lucciola in Seminyak one night, dinner and the drag show at Bali Beach Shack is awesome- google them they have a website.
As crowboy says I'd do something one day then relax the next- swim in the pool, walk along the beach, go have massages!
You'll love it- my first trip was with the children and we all had a blast!
