Kuta Royal Villas

It's my 1st time to Bali and booking it all myself on line - and am a little worried about scams etc. Has anybody stayed at Villa 1 - A11. Was everything genuine or was there problems with the bookings and the villa not being as described. It reads that the Villa is close to everything - and within easy walking distance. Is this correct. What are the "Must Do - See" while we're there. And any "definitely do not do or stay away" tips.
