My husband and I have been to Bali several times and the last time we went we stayed at Kuta Royal Villas in A11. The villa itself was fantastic, especially the private pool- no fighting with lounge hogs! We also liked the location, being a 3 minute walk to the main street of Kuta/ Tuban but far enough away that it was quiet. Depends on what your after i guess, but personally for us staying in a private villa is the way to go. I might also add that the villa you are asking about is owned by an Australian couple and we found the whole transaction very smooth.
