it is the only way to go ! How else can you truely immerse yourself in another culture ?????
We sat on a crate out the back because everywhere else was full and I didnt feel like standing all the way.
Had a ring side seat when one of the engines broke and paniced a bit when the bloke took the lid off the engine to tried and get it going, all with a smoke in his mouth, hmmm petrol/smoke hmmm. Lucky Razza said that they know what they are doing and the boat isnt going to blow up. After what seemed like 20 minutes, and watching every move, he got it going and all was ok.
I am so pleased that Bali Bali has decided on using Bali Sail Sensation to Nusa Lembongan, sounds like a wonderful way to get there.
PS also another adventurous thing we did ( you may be interested in trying this one Dana) was catch 3 x Bemos from Sanur to Ubud - green/yellow/brown. Total cost to get there was approx 4 or 5,000 rup (btw - was some years ago). Interesting trip and interacting with the locals en route was priceless :)
