too - plane, train, boat, bemo, taxi, tuk tuk, bus, car, helicopter, truck, elephant ride, bike etc. and surprisingly they all add up quite quickly.
Sure you are, very much so, you get out and about, exploring and seeing and do things, know plenty of people who never leave their 5 star resort and say they have had a great holiday lolol, each to their own.
ewww I might draw the line on the cattle dung (if it is fresh) tho lololol.
BTW what was cambodia like, how long were you there and what is the "bamboo train" ?
