taking baby and toddler to bali

My brother in law is getting married in Bali in July 2011 our unborn baby will be 5months old and our little girl 2 and 9 months. I'm really undecided as to wether or not we should go. I love Bali and have been there 3 times before having kids. I'm terrified either of my children will get Bali belly. Has anyone ever experienced this with young children in Bali?? what else should I be wary of or prepared for should we decide to go??
