Can anyone help with this?
Mum in law and dad in law booked earlier in year to go to Bali in October with Air Asia. Dad has gone downhill with his alzheimers and has been unwell lately so mum has decided to book him into respite and take herself for much needed break but I can't work out how to cancel there flights and rebook her for the following day (from orginal day) and orginal date of return.
Did think to cancel with travel insurance but then read here that you can cancel and be issued with a credit to use with 12months of which she will do. Is this right?
And how do we do this? Can seem to find phone number for Air asia anyone have it?
