Not sure the term smart*rse was all that fair. I thought the same thing as we often give gifts and toys to locals from our friends villiage. Please have some commonsence....Sports equipment from sports they do not play, electronic toys and helicopters that are battery operated...cmon what happens when the batteries run out?. Will never knock someone making an effort but its like giving draught effected children waterbomb balloons.
