check in perth airport

I wonder if anyone can help with info on checking in for AirAisa 4.50am to Bali if I have already selected seats online? I have been on hold with Air Asia for 1hour 20 minutes and have sent three emails over the last two days but no response. I'm thinking that extra hour in bed at 2am would be nice if I could check in 1 hour prior to flight rather than 2 hours.Thanks for any help.
